I bought a brand new Hydro Quest at the CDG Airport in Paris - approximately $1000. Within 24 hrs I needed to adjust the date (I changed countries) but the date will not adjust with the knob pulled out as it should.

I conclude the watch was not QC'd after manufacturing,

The user manual in the box doesn't even address my new watch which is poor quality control. Longines refuses to replaced even though it was Defective upon delivery. I have sent it in for repair.

I have bough a Longines twice - the first and the last and recommend you do the same.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of longines watch and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. Longines needs to "replace with same new watch" according to poster's claims.
